- Non-Refundable: Please note that all sales of digital products, such as song downloads and full CD downloads, are final. We do not offer refunds for digital purchases.
- All Sales Final: Once a digital product has been purchased and made available for download, the transaction is considered complete and cannot be reversed.

Downloading Your Music:
- Operating System Compatibility: Please be aware that due to the variety of mobile/cell phone operating systems, you might encounter occasional issues during the direct download process.
- Recommended Download Method: For the most seamless experience, we recommend downloading your music files to your computer first. You can then easily import these files into your preferred music player, such as iTunes or any other music application you use.

Physical CDs (Shipped):
- Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your physical CD purchase.
- Defective CDs: In the unlikely event that you receive a defective CD, we will be happy to replace it. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order and describe the defect. We may request that you return the defective CD to us for assessment.
- Replacement Process: Upon verification of the defect, we will ship a replacement CD to you at no additional cost.
