Cowboys and Cowgirls gather at the Happy Time Ranch. The cowboys show off with lariat tricks and humorous antics. Then the children get ready for bed & dance with a life-size rag doll. The next day, the dullness of daily town life is broken by a troupe of showgirls who whirl and kick their way through a riotous can-can. For excitement, bandits enter, and of course, the sheriff and his deputies ride in to the rescue. The bad guys are chased out of town, and the celebration begins with a spirited hoedown.
